A New Era 59FIFTY Pro Model fitted cap for the University of North Carolina Tar Heels, made in the USA, with an Officially Licensed Collegiate Product label inside. The brim is signed in black marker with a signature and "17", identified by the seller as Rick Fox, a North Carolina Tar Heel before his NBA career. The seller obtained it in person as a kid in the 1990s. It has not been third-party authenticated, there is no certificate, and VaultXL makes no authenticity guarantee.
