• Pickup is free. We contact you within one business day to arrange a time. Bring help and a suitable vehicle for large pieces.
• Delivery within 25 miles — $100 per piece of furniture.
• Small items post normally. Jewellery, watches, pens, books and small decor ship; if checkout offers shipping, it ships.

The estate service behind this shop

Every piece here came out of a real home. VaultXL is a full-service estate transition and downsizing company — we sort, value, photograph and sell household belongings when a family downsizes or an estate settles, then hand the property back broom-clean.

• Families keep 85% of the net sale price, after marketplace fees. Our 15% covers photography, research, listing, storage and buyer handling.
• Every project is quoted after a free walkthrough, with the written quote in hand before anything starts. Never billed hourly.
• Jewelry, art, firearms and vehicles go to credentialed partner appraisers before anything is priced.

Serving Charlotte and the surrounding area. Other Carolinas metros are on a waitlist.

The platform that runs this store

Every product page you are browsing was catalogued, photographed, priced and published by VaultXL — the estate cataloguing and resale platform we built for our own projects and now license to estate companies and resellers.

• AI item identification and batch cataloguing from photographs.
• One-click listing to eBay, Shopify, Etsy and Amazon, with per-account routing if you run more than one store.
• Settlement-ready records on every lot, itemised for the consignor.
