Framed Vinyl LP Lot of 4 Beatles Abbey Road Steely Dan Aja Joplin Ray Charles

PRODUCT DETAILS

• Brand: Capitol Records, ABC Records, Columbia Records, ABC-Paramount

• Material: Vinyl LP records with printed paper sleeves, each housed in a black display frame

• Dimensions: Each LP sleeve approx. 12.375 x 12.25 in; each frame approx. 13.5 x 13.5 in; four frames total

• Color/Finish: Black frames showing the original printed color album cover art

• Condition: Mixed, generally VG- to VG. Abbey Road sleeve has edge and corner wear; this is a c.1978-1983 Capitol purple-label reissue pressing, not a 1969 Apple first pressing. Aja sleeve has a punched cut-out hole at the lower right corner plus scuffing and small edge loss, and this ABC AA-1006 pressing is a later price-code run, not the true first-press AB-1006. Joplin In Concert gatefold has a horizontal crease across the inner spread, corner bumps, and a previous owner's ink name on the rear cover. Ray Charles cover shows toning and a thrift-shop price sticker; it is viewable only through the frame glass. Discs show light surface scuffs under raking light; no play testing was performed.

• Era/Period: Abbey Road Capitol reissue c.1978-1983; Aja 1977 second price-code pressing; Joplin In Concert 1972-73; Ray Charles Greatest Hits 1962 compilation, stereo issue

• Subject: Four rock and soul albums — a Beatles studio LP, a Steely Dan studio LP, a Janis Joplin live double LP, and a Ray Charles hits compilation. No autographs appear on any sleeve or label.

This is a set of four already-framed album covers ready to hang as a group, pairing a Beatles studio classic with Steely Dan, Janis Joplin, and Ray Charles cover art. The frames and glass are in place, so there is no matting or mounting to do before hanging. Sold as the four-piece set shown, with the condition notes above reflected in the price.
